As a follow-up to our post on Mental Health Day (October 10th), we wanted to share a brief mental health self-assessment we created. Self-assessments are a great way to routinely monitor your own emotional state. Being able to understand your thoughts and feelings can help guide you towards self-care practices or seek professional health (if/when needed).
